A description of the current loaders used with the monthly processing (AEX) done by LTI:
Occurs Second Wednesday of each month
Monthly reload of bib. records
- match on aleph system number (from 035 alephsys)
- overlay always
- reject no-matches
- protect tags: same as ongoing bib loader
- add 950 stamp (AUTH RELOAD)
- records are placed in the normal indexing queue
Load/reload of authority records
- use Ex Libris standard loader
- always overlay
Original reload of bib. records
- match on aleph system number (from 035 alephsys)
- overlay always
- reject no-matches
- protect tags: same as ongoing bib loader
- add 950 stamp (AUTH RELOAD)
- turn off indexing
